According to the complainant, Nisha Bedi from Chandigarh, she received loose-fitting and substandard finishing footwear from Paio. She requested for return and asked for a refund.
They (Paio Accessories) refused to refund the amount of the order in her bank account and offered store credit or exchange.
She explained to them that the product is not comfortable from toe surface, it has bad finishing, the shoes are loose and it doesn't fulfill the description given online on their website. She informed them the store credit is not useful for her but her request is rejected by PAIO.
She return the product to the company but still assured refund not given by them after multiple requests.
Finally, she filed a complaint at Voxya and her consumer complaint was resolved with the help of the Voxya team.
